WHAT WE DO

The clean. The repair.
The work ahead.

Bring the jobs together in one enquiry. Tell us what needs doing, when the property needs to be ready and what access we’ll need to plan around.

01

Cleaning

For a property’s next handover or its everyday presentation. Tell us which spaces need attention, their condition and whether the work is one-off or recurring.

What to include for a cleaning quote
  • Number of rooms or approximate floor area
  • Current condition and the finish you need
  • Any appliances, carpets or specialist areas you want assessed
  • One-off clean or your preferred frequency
  • Handover date and access arrangements

Specific tasks and any extras are agreed as part of the scope.

02

Maintenance

For repairs, routine upkeep and the list of jobs that builds up around a busy property. Share the whole list so we can discuss priorities together.

What to include for a maintenance quote
  • A short list of faults or jobs, with photos where useful
  • Which items affect the use of the property
  • Whether tenants, guests or staff will be present
  • Any preferred materials, finishes or replacement items
  • The access window and any fixed deadline

Tell us if a job needs a particular trade or certification so suitability can be checked before work is agreed.

Discuss the jobs ↗
03

Building
services

For property improvements and planned works. Start with the space, the intended result and the constraints that matter to your business.

What to include for a building enquiry
  • A description of the proposed work
  • Photos, measurements or existing plans
  • Your target date and any trading or occupancy constraints
  • An indicative budget, if you have one
  • Any permissions, drawings or specifications already in place

We can discuss whether a visit or more information is needed before a quote can be prepared.

BUILT AROUND THE WAY YOU USE YOUR PROPERTY

A handover date.
A trading day.
A property to look after.

The job is only part of the picture. Tell us who uses the space and when it needs to be available.

A BETTER BRIEF. A MORE USEFUL CONVERSATION.

Before the price,
get the job clear.

“Clean the property” and “prepare it for new tenants” can mean very different things. The more we understand about the job, the better the conversation about scope, price and timing.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Know where
you stand.

Can I combine cleaning, repairs and building work?

Yes—include the different jobs in one enquiry and select “A mix of services”. We’ll discuss the scope and suitability before any work is agreed.

Which areas do you cover?

CPS serves SA and CF postcode areas. Include the full postcode for each property when you enquire so the arrangements can be discussed.

Can work fit around tenants, guests or trading?

Tell us whether the property is occupied, your opening hours and any access windows. Availability and arrangements need to be agreed for each job; an enquiry does not reserve a time slot.

How do I get an accurate quote?

Include the property type, size, condition, job list and preferred timing. Photos, plans or an inspection report can help. Some work will need a site visit or further information before a price can be agreed.

Can I enquire for several properties?

Yes. Choose “Letting agency / portfolio” and include the postcodes, property types and requirements. Attach a property list to your email if that is easier.

What happens when I complete the enquiry?

The website prepares a structured email for you to review and send to the CPS team. It does not send automatically or confirm a booking. The team can then discuss the work, scope, price and availability with you.
